Patch Residence, Colorado Golf Club, Colorado

This uniquely western style residence is situated in the Colorado Golf Club, Colorado’s premier new private golf community. The home is nestled in a stand of mature ponderosa pines, yet is afforded wonderful southern exposure. The client’s desire for a modern, open plan suitable for entertaining and enjoying the Colorado outdoors was the inspiration for arranging many of the program spaces about a south facing courtyard. As a result, the vaulted living room, dining room and study enjoy sunlight through the day. The master bedroom suite has views to the mountains, and the kitchen, family room and casual dining areas open to the more intimate covered outdoor living room with golf course views beyond. The walk-out lower level includes; a media room with full bar, a wine cellar, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. *This project was designed and managed by Josh Rudolph in the role of Project Architect while working for the firm of Sears Barrett Architects.
