Jersey Street Residence, Denver, Colorado

This Denver residence is set about a tranquil, south facing courtyard. The porte cochere and living room define the western edge, while the breakfast nook, kitchen, and gallery spaces of the main level define the north. The outdoor living room with fire pit completes the eastern boundary of the courtyard. The garage is hidden around the back of the home, screening the garage doors from the street elevation and allowing for more program spaces to enjoy natural daylight.

The home is clad in Texas limestone and is detailed with heavy pine timbers. Additional program spaces on the main level of the home include; the entrance foyer, powder room, formal dining room, butler’s pantry, tech room, study/guest bedroom suite, laundry, mudroom and an oversized 3-car garage. The upper level features; the master bedroom suite with a separate sitting area and two additional en suite bedrooms.
