Ivy Street Residence, Denver, Colorado

This in-town residence is arranged about a private and gated, south facing courtyard. The living room, breakfast nook, kitchen, gallery and outdoor living area all benefit from the southern, Colorado sun. The garage is located to the rear of the lot, hiding the doors from view and allowing other program spaces to enjoy the late day sunlight. The Arts and Crafts style of the home is reminiscent of many of Denver’s vintage homes. The main level of the home includes; an entrance foyer, powder room, formal dining room, a living room with cathedral ceilings, kitchen with breakfast area, butler’s pantry, tech room, study/guest bedroom suite, an outdoor sitting room with kitchenette and fire pit, laundry, mudroom and an oversized 3-car garage. The upper level features; the master bedroom suite with a separate sitting area and two additional ensuite bedrooms. *This project was designed and managed by Josh Rudolph in the role of Project Architect while working for the firm of Sears Barrett Architects.
